Private wealth management division of a global firm seeks an attorney with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
The Attorney will be responsible for hedge fund-of-fund, hedge fund, private equity and other alternative investment legal matters.
The person will focus on fund-of-fund formations.
He/she will provide legal advice and counsel to the business relative to issues concerning alternative investment matters (i.e. product development, sales, marketing, trading, regulatory, compliance, etc.)
Prior experience with a law firm, private bank, wealth management firm, investment bank or hedge fund is needed.
